Terms and Conditions:
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Eligibility:
The Arla Cravendale Come Home to a Cuppa Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to UK residents aged 18 and over only, excluding employees of the Promoter and their families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
Promotion open 13.08.2021 09:00 – 10.09.2021 17:00 (the “Promotional Period”) or when 12,500 coupons are claimed, whichever comes first. Entries outside this period will not be accepted. Only one entry per person per day. Internet access required. No purchase necessary.
How to Claim:
Coupon details
All coupons are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash will be awarded in lieu of a coupon or part of it. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the coupon with a prize of equal or greater value. The decisions of the Promoter are final in relation to any aspect of the Promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Claiming your Coupon
Data Protection:
The Promoter respects your data privacy and, as the Data Controller, will collect and process personal data about you in connection with the Promotion to contact winners, and for no other purpose. The Promoter will also share this personal data with its marketing agency who will be supporting the Promotion. If required under applicable legislation, we will share the winners’ names and prize details with the tax authorities, and we may also provide such details upon request to ASA/CAP. If you contact us, we will register the personal data that you provide to us (e.g. name, email address, request details, etc.). General:
If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, the Promoter will provide updates of any unavoidable changes to the promotion or prize.
The Promoter will make available a list of winners’ surnames and counties to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting fppmilkbrandsteam@fpp.net We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winner’s list by emailing fppmilkbrandsteam@fpp.net
It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide correct, up-to-date details when accepting their coupon. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for claimants failing to supply accurate information which affects acceptance or fulfilment of their coupon.
In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of coupons, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
The Promoter has the right to disqualify a participant if they tamper or abuse the entry process and they will not be entitled to the coupon if they have acted fraudulently or dishonestly. The Promoter may refuse to award a coupon, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter shall not in any circumstances be liable to compensate any participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage or personal injury or death occurring as a result of participating in the Promotion, or taking up any prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter. Your statutory rights are not affected.
These terms and conditions and any related disputes are subject to interpretation under the laws of England, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless your residential address is in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case local law and jurisdiction may be applied.
